Apple pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Apple in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A apple pen device from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.69 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run apple the same way in Nouméa: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a apple pen device really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested apple in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a apple bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where apple goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised XPF47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.69 per 10 ml.
- Mixing apple with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
