Coconut RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Coconut in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Coconut prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.29 per 10 ml.
Coconut sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: coconut in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coconut RDA really costs in Nouméa
A coconut RDA from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.29 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested coconut in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coconut in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.29 per 10 ml.
- Mixing coconut with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
