Candy starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Candy in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a starter kit for candy
The honest read on candy: 21 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.46 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested candy in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where candy goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
