Blackcurrant 100 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Blackcurrant in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with blackcurrant in New Caledonia
A blackcurrant 100 ml bottle from the value options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.7 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Blackcurrant in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 100 ml bottle formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: blackcurrant in Nouméa works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.7 per 10 ml.
How we tested blackcurrant in a 100 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blackcurrant tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest 100 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 100 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should blackcurrant start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 100 ml bottle.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
How long does blackcurrant in a 100 ml bottle last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
