Berry pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Berry in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with berry in New Caledonia
If you are looking at berry in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run berry the same way in Nouméa: same pen device, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: berry in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a berry pen device really costs in Nouméa
Berry sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested berry in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a berry bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where berry goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
