Vanilla refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Vanilla in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the vanilla habit
If you are looking at vanilla in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Vanilla in Nouméa reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.74 per 10 ml.
How we tested vanilla in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for vanilla in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
