Vanilla refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Vanilla in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
A vanilla refill pack from the discounted options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.6 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla refill pack really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at vanilla in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested vanilla in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every vanilla bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.6 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
