Tropical e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Tropical in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tropical habit
If you are looking at tropical in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the e-liquid bundle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run tropical the same way in Nouméa: same e-liquid bundle, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: tropical in Nouméa works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tropical e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
Tropical in Nouméa reaches the shelf in e-liquid bundle formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested tropical in a e-liquid bundle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tropical bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tropical in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.46 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should tropical start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
