Tobacco sub-ohm kit IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Tobacco in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
A tobacco sub-ohm kit from the budget options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.85 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Tobacco in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: tobacco in Nouméa works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco sub-ohm kit really costs in Nouméa
Tobacco in Nouméa reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested tobacco in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
