Tobacco refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Tobacco in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What tobacco costs in Nouméa
We run tobacco the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at tobacco in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Tobacco in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested tobacco in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Nouméa survives.
