Tobacco e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Tobacco in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with tobacco in New Caledonia
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.29 per 10 ml.
The short version: tobacco in Nouméa works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at tobacco in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the e-liquid bundle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested tobacco in a e-liquid bundle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for e-liquid bundle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
