Tobacco disposable vape IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Tobacco in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 7 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What tobacco costs in Nouméa
The honest read on tobacco: 11 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A tobacco disposable vape from the bulk options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.36 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: tobacco in Nouméa works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco disposable vape really costs in Nouméa
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a disposable vape running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested tobacco in a disposable vape
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the disposable vape, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a disposable vape that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.36 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a disposable vape.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
