Tobacco disposable vape IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Tobacco in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 9 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What tobacco costs in Nouméa
Tobacco in a disposable vape is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: tobacco in Nouméa works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco disposable vape really costs in Nouméa
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.24 per 10 ml.
How we tested tobacco in a disposable vape
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for disposable vape in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.24 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a disposable vape that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Buying the cheapest disposable vape available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a disposable vape.
How long does tobacco in a disposable vape last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
