How we tested Tobacco 100 ml bottle here
Tobacco in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 100 ml bottle formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.05 per 10 ml.
The short version: tobacco in Nouméa works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested tobacco in a 100 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for 100 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.05 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest 100 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Not automatically. On tobacco the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.05 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How much does a 100 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.05 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
