Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Sweet in Nouméa reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long sweet tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sweet cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at sweet in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested sweet in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.15 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.15 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF47 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
