Spiced vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist
Spiced in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the spiced habit
A spiced vape pen from the online options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.64 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Spiced in Nouméa reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Spiced sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested spiced in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.64 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.64 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF38 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.64 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
