Spiced starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Spiced in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
We run spiced the same way in Nouméa: same starter kit, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Spiced in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Spiced sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested spiced in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Mixing spiced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
Is spiced legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
How long does spiced in a starter kit last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
