Spiced refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Spiced in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a refill pack for spiced
If you are looking at spiced in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.58 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Spiced in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested spiced in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Mixing spiced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.

Frequently asked questions
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
