Spiced RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist
Spiced in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
A spiced RDA from the budget options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.78 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced RDA really costs in Nouméa
We run spiced the same way in Nouméa: same RDA, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested spiced in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.78 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
