Where buyers go wrong with spiced in New Caledonia
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.21 per 10 ml.
We run spiced the same way in Nouméa: same 60 ml bottle, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, 60 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on spiced: 23 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested spiced in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing spiced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
