Sourcherry RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Sourcherry in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What sourcherry costs in Nouméa
A sourcherry RDA from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.93 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Sourcherry in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long sourcherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sourcherry RDA really costs in Nouméa
Sourcherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.93 per 10 ml.
How we tested sourcherry in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sourcherry tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing sourcherry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should sourcherry start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
How long does sourcherry in a RDA last?
In Nouméa we measured 8 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sourcherry the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.93 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
