Sourcherry mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Sourcherry in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Sourcherry mesh tank here
Sourcherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.03 per 10 ml.
Sourcherry in Nouméa reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sourcherry mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
Sourcherry mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested sourcherry in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sourcherry bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sourcherry tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Packaging for sourcherry in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does sourcherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the sourcherry blend itself harsh.
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.03 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF39 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
