Sour pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Sour in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
The honest read on sour: 6 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Sour in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour pen device really costs in Nouméa
Sour in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested sour in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where sour goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
How long does sour in a pen device last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
