Salted refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Salted in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Salted is allowed to say
Salted refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A salted refill pack from the online options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.63 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.63 per 10 ml.
How we tested salted in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
