Salted refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Salted in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Salted refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Salted sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested salted in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where salted goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised XPF30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.02 per 10 ml.
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.02 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
