Salted disposable vape IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Salted in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good disposable vape from a repack
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.34 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at salted in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the disposable vape you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, disposable vape, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted disposable vape really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on salted: 19 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested salted in a disposable vape
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where salted goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest disposable vape available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a disposable vape cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.34 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
How long does salted in a disposable vape last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
