Raspberry box mod IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Raspberry in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Raspberry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.29 per 10 ml.
We run raspberry the same way in Nouméa: same box mod, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long raspberry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a raspberry box mod really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested raspberry in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a raspberry bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where raspberry goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why raspberry tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.29 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
