Plum refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Plum in Nouméa: 23 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
If you are looking at plum in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run plum the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested plum in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.0 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.0 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does plum in a refill pack last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
