Plum pod kit IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Plum in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 7 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
Plum in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Plum pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum pod kit really costs in Nouméa
Plum in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plum in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.9 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
