Plum e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Plum in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 9 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good e-liquid bundle from a repack
The honest read on plum: 11 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run plum the same way in Nouméa: same e-liquid bundle, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, e-liquid bundle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested plum in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plum goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Nouméa survives.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.14 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
