Plum disposable vape IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Plum in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 4 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good disposable vape from a repack
If you are looking at plum in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the disposable vape you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run plum the same way in Nouméa: same disposable vape, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: plum in Nouméa works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum disposable vape really costs in Nouméa
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.87 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a disposable vape
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the disposable vape, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plum goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Nouméa survives.
- Chasing a discount on a disposable vape that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.87 per 10 ml.
