Plum in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 5 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at plum in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 10 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A plum 10 ml bottle from the pre-order options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.69 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, 10 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum 10 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on plum: 6 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a 10 ml bottle
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a 10 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Buying the cheapest 10 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
