Plain vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist
Plain in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
A plain vape pen from the pre-order options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.21 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run plain the same way in Nouméa: same vape pen, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested plain in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.21 per 10 ml.
