Plain e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Plain in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 5 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Plain e-liquid bundle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.63 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested plain in a e-liquid bundle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where plain goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plain in Nouméa survives.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
How long does plain in a e-liquid bundle last?
In Nouméa we measured 5 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
