Plain 100 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Plain in Nouméa: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.86 per 10 ml.
Plain 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the 100 ml bottle you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested plain in a 100 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plain goes wrong
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised XPF48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.86 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
