Pear RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Pear in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with pear in New Caledonia
Pear RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.43 per 10 ml.
The short version: pear in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear RDA really costs in Nouméa
Pear RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested pear in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where pear goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
