Pear prefilled pod IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Pear in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 3 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.66 per 10 ml.
Pear prefilled pod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a pear prefilled pod really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested pear in a prefilled pod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where pear goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.66 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
