Pear 100 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Pear in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with pear in New Caledonia
The honest read on pear: 8 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Pear in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 100 ml bottle formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the 100 ml bottle you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a pear 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
We run pear the same way in Nouméa: same 100 ml bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested pear in a 100 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where pear goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised XPF48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.38 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Frequently asked questions
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does pear in a 100 ml bottle last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
