Peach starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Peach in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
Peach prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.89 per 10 ml.
Peach starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: peach in Nouméa works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a peach starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Peach in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested peach in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a peach bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every peach bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where peach goes wrong
- Mixing peach with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised XPF60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.89 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
