Peach squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist
Peach in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What peach costs in Nouméa
Peach in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Peach sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a peach squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
We run peach the same way in Nouméa: same squonk mod, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested peach in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every peach bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a peach bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where peach goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why peach tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing peach with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
Why does peach taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the peach blend itself harsh.
Is peach legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On peach the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.46 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
