Nutty nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Nutty in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 4 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a nicotine salt bottle for nutty
Nutty prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.71 per 10 ml.
Nutty sounds like one product. It is not: a nicotine salt bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: nutty in Nouméa works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a nutty nicotine salt bottle really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested nutty in a nicotine salt bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a nutty bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a nicotine salt bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Mixing nutty with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised XPF61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.71 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should nutty start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.
Is nutty legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Why does nutty taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the nutty blend itself harsh.
