Mintice refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Mintice in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with mintice in New Caledonia
We run mintice the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Mintice refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: mintice in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice refill pack really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at mintice in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mintice in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.01 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Entry kit | XPF68 | What a first order really pays |
