Mintice RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist
Mintice in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Mintice in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: mintice in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice RDA really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on mintice: 22 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested mintice in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
Is mintice legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.06 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF49 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
