Mintice pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Mintice in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Mintice in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice pen device really costs in Nouméa
Mintice pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested mintice in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.39 per 10 ml.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for mintice in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How long does mintice in a pen device last?
In Nouméa we measured 7 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
Is mintice legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
