Mint refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist
Mint in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Mint is allowed to say
If you are looking at mint in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Mint refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Mint in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested mint in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mint goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised XPF63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.5 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.5 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF63 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
How long does mint in a refill pack last?
In Nouméa we measured 7 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
