Mint refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Mint in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with mint in New Caledonia
The honest read on mint: 21 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run mint the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mint refill pack really costs in Nouméa

How we tested mint in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where mint goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.53 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Nouméa survives.
