Melon zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Melon in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 2 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
The honest read on melon: 11 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long melon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a melon zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Nouméa
We run melon the same way in Nouméa: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested melon in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where melon goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.34 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
