Melon squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Melon in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the melon habit
A melon squonk mod from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.58 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run melon the same way in Nouméa: same squonk mod, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: melon in Nouméa works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
We run melon the same way in Nouméa: same squonk mod, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested melon in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where melon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long melon in Nouméa survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
