Melon in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good 100 ml bottle from a repack
Melon 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on melon: 22 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, 100 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a melon 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested melon in a 100 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for 100 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where melon goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 100 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.85 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.

Not automatically. On melon the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.85 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.

In Nouméa we measured 5 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
