Mango in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Mango starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mango starter kit really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at mango in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mango in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mango goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mango in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.71 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.71 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does mango taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mango blend itself harsh.
